Hanazawa Ayame is a young woman who can read people's thoughts through their scent. Because of this unusual ability, she has always been somewhat timid when it comes to romance.
Her coworker, Miyajima Sui, is a cool, expressionless colleague with a severe germophobia. Uniquely, Ayame is unable to read his thoughts until a chance encounter finally allows her to glimpse what is on his mind. To her surprise, beneath his calm and detached exterior lies someone who secretly adores her and constantly daydreams about her.
Now aware of his feelings, Ayame finds herself caught between curiosity and uncertainty. As a romance-shy woman and an emotionally reserved man, both struggle with their own awkwardness when it comes to love.
This story follows the two as they gradually take steps toward each other, while navigating the relationships and people surrounding them.
