Rookie doctor Tagami Kotoha is assigned to the Tokyo Metropolitan Odaiba Bay Medical Center. Strikingly beautiful, Kotoha causes a stir throughout the hospital as she heads to the neurosurgery staff room. There, she finds neurosurgeon Otomo and cardiologist Murai arguing and trying to dump an emergency patient on each other despite the urgent situation.
