Naruki Kanenari is a so-called doctor-specialized job-changing agent who makes a living by "setting a price for doctors who want to change jobs and selling them to hospitals." Naruki, a former doctor who founded the job-changing agent company Dr. Connection, pursues the truth behind the death of his father, who committed suicide, and together with the sharp-tongued but excellent administrative staff member Yonaga Aki, he punishes the evil lurking in the medical industry.
